Purpose: Enables scanning for, connection to, and data transfer between Bluetooth devices, such as the Klipspringer BLE Thermometer v1.

FINE_LOCATION

Purpose: Access to the device’s fine location is necessary for scanning nearby Bluetooth devices. It is a requirement for the Bluetooth API.
